High Meadow Ranch is the original and most established of the High Meadow communities, a wooded acreage neighborhood in Magnolia built around the High Meadow Ranch Golf Club. Towering pines, winding country lanes, and generous homesites give it a settled, unhurried character that newer developments take decades to earn.
Homesites here generally start around an acre and a half and run well past ten acres, so the community holds everything from a golf-frontage estate lot to a private wooded retreat with room for horses. It is zoned to Magnolia ISD, and FM 1488 and SH 249 put Magnolia, Tomball, and The Woodlands within an easy drive.
