High Meadow Ranch is the original and most established of the High Meadow communities, a wooded acreage neighborhood in Magnolia built around the High Meadow Ranch Golf Club. Towering pines, winding country lanes, and generous homesites give it a settled, unhurried character that newer developments take decades to earn.

Homesites here generally start around an acre and a half and run well past ten acres, so the community holds everything from a golf-frontage estate lot to a private wooded retreat with room for horses. It is zoned to Magnolia ISD, and FM 1488 and SH 249 put Magnolia, Tomball, and The Woodlands within an easy drive. We have built across the High Meadow communities for years and know how these lots behave, where the terrain, drainage, and tree cover work in your favor and where they add cost.
