A town that stayed a town
Tomball sits where Harris County runs into Montgomery and Waller, close enough to the Grand Parkway to make the commute work and far enough out that acreage still exists. The downtown has real buildings and a real farmers market, and Tomball ISD serves the area.
We build custom homes on acreage around Tomball and take on renovations and additions on the established lots closer in. Whether a parcel is inside the city or in unincorporated Harris County changes the permitting path, so we settle that first.
What Building In Tomball Involves
Permitting, utilities, and ground conditions differ from one place to the next. These are the questions we answer before design begins, so there are no surprises later.
Inside Tomball you are on city permitting and city utilities. Just outside, you are in unincorporated Harris County, often on a MUD or on well and septic. The difference matters in both budget and schedule.
The older tracts around Rosehill and Decker Prairie carry mature oak and pine. We mark keep trees before clearing and site the pad to save the ones worth saving.
Harris County drainage review is strict, and new impervious cover can trigger detention requirements. We plan for it at site layout rather than discovering it at permitting.
