Montgomery pairs a historic small-town square with the most established lakefront and golf communities on Lake Conroe.
Bentwater, Walden, Grand Harbor, and April Sound sit within a short drive of the Montgomery square, and between them they hold most of the lake’s golf, marina, and yacht club amenities. Homesites here range from open-water lots to interior fairway lots to gated acreage a few miles inland at Crown Ranch.
We build custom homes and semi-custom planbook homes throughout Montgomery, and we renovate homes already standing in these communities. Waterfront work brings shoreline permitting; every gated community here brings an architectural committee. Both are ordinary parts of our schedule.
Every county has its own paperwork, utilities, and ground conditions. Here is what we plan for before a shovel moves.
Bulkheads, docks, and boat slips on Lake Conroe are permitted through the San Jacinto River Authority, with setbacks measured from the water. Those approvals belong at the front of the schedule.
Bentwater, Walden, April Sound, and Grand Harbor each run a review committee covering elevations, materials, colors, and roof pitch. We handle submittals and revisions as part of the job.
These are established, occupied communities. Construction hours, parking, deliveries, and site cleanliness are enforced and, more importantly, they determine what your neighbors think of you before you move in.

Yes. Renovations, additions, and outdoor living projects in established lake communities are a standing part of our work.
Send us the address or the parcel ID. We'll tell you what we see, what it will likely take, and whether we're the right builder for it.
