Bentwater is Lake Conroe’s signature gated community, a roughly 1,400-acre master-planned resort setting stretched along about 12.5 miles of shoreline, positioned between the 22,000-acre lake and the 160,000-acre Sam Houston National Forest. It is the only private, gated waterfront community in Texas with 54 holes of championship golf.
