Master-planned, and still growing
The US 290 and Grand Parkway corridors turned Cypress into one of the fastest-growing parts of Harris County. Towne Lake put a three-hundred-acre lake at the center of a master plan, which is unusual this close to Houston and changes what a house on the water can be. Northwest toward Hockley and Waller, acreage still exists.
We build custom and semi-custom homes on lots inside the master plans, take on renovations and additions in the older sections, and build on acreage on the northwest edge of the area.
What Building In Cypress Involves
Permitting, utilities, and ground conditions differ from one place to the next. These are the questions we answer before design begins, so there are no surprises later.
Towne Lake, Bridgeland, and the other master plans each run a design review covering elevations, materials, colors, and roof pitch before permitting. We prepare and carry the submittal.
A Towne Lake waterfront lot brings bulkhead, dock, and setback considerations, plus an orientation decision the interior plan should follow. Those belong at the front of design.
Harris County drainage review is strict and detention can be required for new impervious cover. Site layout accounts for it from the start.
