Rachel Rost
Rachel shares her perspective on residential real estate and homebuilding in industry conversations, including IMN's National C-Suite Outlook Panel, the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Vice Presidents of Construction Panel, and the Professional Women in Building (PWB) Mentorship Spotlight. Her perspective draws on experience spanning luxury custom homebuilding, residential brokerage, real estate investing, property management, renovations, and strategic off-market acquisitions. A graduate of Houston Christian University and former collegiate basketball player, she brings an athlete's work ethic together with the strategic and creative mind of an entrepreneur. Her work in residential real estate informs how she connects decisions about land, design, and the lives of the people who will call a house home. Builders, investors, homeowners, and landowners seek her counsel on land acquisition, market positioning, pricing strategy, and long-term value. For Rachel, homebuilding is a deeply human business built on trust. She believes clarity is the highest form of care, and that philosophy has become the foundation of every experience Story Built Homes creates.

Chastity has spent more than twenty years with national and regional Texas builders learning what actually makes a building experience feel good, and she has become the person the industry asks to lead because of it. She is a connector by nature: the one who reads the room, remembers what matters to a family, and makes sure the right people are talking to each other long before a problem has a chance to form. At Story Built Homes she owns the full client journey, sales, model homes, the design center, communication, public relations, and marketing, and it shows in how the process feels from the first conversation to the day you get your keys.
I am a connector, and it's my job to help every client and team member get exactly what they want. At the end of the day we are in the relationship and people business, we just happen to build exquisite homes.
