A district, not a city line
Klein is an unincorporated part of Harris County that most people identify by Klein ISD. The neighborhoods date largely from the 1970s through the 1990s, which means mature trees, generous lots, and floor plans built for a way of living that has moved on.
Our work here is renovation and addition: opening up compartmentalized plans, reworking kitchens and primary suites, and adding the outdoor living that these back yards were always big enough for.
What Building In Klein Involves
Permitting, utilities, and ground conditions differ from one place to the next. These are the questions we answer before design begins, so there are no surprises later.
Homes from this era are chopped into small rooms with load-bearing walls in the wrong places. Opening them up is structural work, and we price and engineer it honestly rather than guessing.
With no county zoning, the recorded deed restrictions and any active civic association govern what you can build. We check them before design.
Wiring, plumbing, and HVAC from the original build are usually at or past end of life. We are candid about what needs replacing before finishes are worth discussing.
