Chastity White

Chief Experience Officer

Chastity White is the Chief Experience Officer at Story Built Homes, where she leads the full customer journey with a focus on service, design, and relationship-building. With over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, she brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and customer engagement, having held leadership roles with both national and regional builders across Texas. At Story Built Homes, Chastity oversees sales operations, model home strategy, design center experience, client communications, and so much more. Her leadership helps ensure that every buyer feels informed, supported, and valued throughout the homebuilding process. Chastity is actively involved in the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders. She also volunteers with organizations including the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, where she supports youth programs and scholarships. Known for her energy, professionalism, and client-first mindset, Chastity plays a key role in shaping the Story Built Homes experience and driving a culture of excellence across every touchpoint.

Matthew Reibenstein

Chief Strategy Officer

Matthew Reibenstein is the Chief Strategy Officer at Story Built Homes, bringing more than a decade of experience in custom homebuilding, land development, and industry leadership across Montgomery County and Greater Houston. He joined Story Built Homes following the acquisition of Royal Design Build Co., the award-winning firm he founded and led with a focus on craftsmanship, transparency, and client trust. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Matthew is the Immediate Past President of the Greater Houston Builders Association and has held several leadership roles, including Board Secretary and Division Chair for the Northern Counties Builders & Developers Division. His work has been recognized with the inaugural Excellence Under 45 Award from the Texas Association of Builders in 2014 and the GHBA Custom Builder of the Year award in 2017. He also serves as a Life Director of the Texas Association of Builders and as a Trustee on the Texas Builders Foundation board. At Story Built Homes, Matthew oversees long-term strategy and business development, guiding the company’s expansion and helping shape its commitment to purposeful building and a client-first experience across all communities.

Meet Our Design Team

Lauren Harding

Lauren Harding is the in-house Customer Experience Director at Story Built Homes, where she serves as the go-to guide for every homeowner throughout the building journey. With more than 15 years of experience in homebuilding and interior design, she blends her design expertise with a client-first mindset to ensure a seamless, personalized process from start to finish.

A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Lauren has dedicated her career to helping clients bring their dream homes to life with creativity, care, and attention to detail. Prior to joining Story Built Homes, she spent nearly 14 years with Royal Design Build, where she played a key role in supporting homeowners through every step of the custom design and build process.

Committed to industry excellence and professional growth, Lauren is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the Professional Women in Building (PWB) council. Based in Huntsville, Texas, she enjoys life with her husband of nearly 16 years and their daughter, and she values family time, community connections, and the joy of creating spaces that truly feel like home.

Coton House serves as Story Built Homes’ trusted design partner, available to provide elevated, full-service interior design expertise for specialized projects. Founded by native Houstonians, the Coton House team brings together seasoned professionals in interior design, architecture, and project management to deliver tailored solutions that reflect each client’s unique lifestyle and vision.

Their collaborative approach ensures that every design choice balances creativity with functionality, resulting in homes that are timeless, beautiful, and highly personal. Whether assisting with material selections, interior layouts, or complete design packages, Coton House enhances the building experience with the added depth of a dedicated design studio.
